General Rules

All wagers accepted by WagerUnit.com are subject to the following rules.

  1. WagerUnit reserves the right to limit, restrict, or decline wagers, and/or individual wagering accounts.

  2. WagerUnit.com may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager made on its service.

  3. You must be at least 21 years of age to join WagerUnit.com

  4. All wagers placed on WagerUnit.com's service will be graded after the contest is final.

  5. Winner of any event will be determined on the date of the events final conclusion; WagerUnit.com will not recognize protested games or overturned decisions for wagering purposes. The result of an event suspended after the start of competition will be decided according to the wagering rules specified for that sport.

  6. Las Vegas rules apply to any rule or wager not covered by the rules and regulations herein.

  7. All futures wagering (example, World Series Winner, total season loses, ect.), the winner as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the winner for betting purposes except when the minimum number of games required for the future to have "action" has not been completed.

  8. WagerUnit reserves the right to ask customers to provide a valid proof of identification. Clients opening an account with WagerUnit agree to provide, on demand, necessary documents. Identification may be a picture ID (copy of drivers license, state ID or passport) and a copy of utility bill with the clients name for proof of address. Firepay and Credit Card deposits may require identification before the WagerUnit account is active.

  9. Maximum and minimum wager amounts on all sporting events are determined by WagerUnit.com subject to change without prior notice. WagerUnit.com reserves the right to adjust limits on players accounts at anytime.

  10. Any payoffs, regulations, and rules are subject to change and revision by WagerUnit.com without prior written notice.

  11. Customers must not misrepresent themselves when providing information in the customer sign up form in order to establish a wagering account. WagerUnit.com relies upon the information provided by the player and is not responsible for any type of misrepresentation by the customer.

  12. Clients Betting on Correlated parlays run the risk of having funds deducted from the account. Balances and this can & will be done via mgmt here at WagerUnit.com on an Individual Basis. If you wager these type parlays, you are playing at your own risk.

  13. All wagers and transactions are to be considered originating from and governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Persons residing in Costa Rica are prohibited from becoming a member of WagerUnit.com.

  14. If funds are credited to a customer's account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify WagerUnit.com of the error without delay. Unless notifed by WagerUnit.com, any transaction resulting from the error shall be void.

  15. READ BACK IS FINAL: After wagers are placed by telephone, the phone clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confimation is corret, the client must re-confirm wagers. If the client confirms a read back wehre the clerk has made a mistake, the wager is final. It is the responsibility of the client to correct any errors during the read back.

  16. If a player does not hear the read back due to technical difficulties it is the player's responsibility to call back right away to confirm his wager or wagers will be voided.

  17. All WagerUnit.com members are responsible for their own account transactions when wagering on the internet. Make sure you review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Once the transaction is complete, it cannot be changed. WagerUnit.com does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers.

  18. The maximum win amount for any and all wagers in a single day, a single event, or a combined parlay payout is: $10,000.

  19. All rules, regulations, and wager payoffs, are subject to change at the discretion of WagerUnit, without prior notification.

  20. WagerUnit.com will pay for 100% of all incoming funds (Applies to Western Union & Money gram ONLY) $500 or more and we offer one free cash out per month (assuming initial deposit of $500) per acct if addl' cashout is required a $35 Processing fee will be charged + fees for sending.

  21. IF wagering on Overtime, your wager is for the complete Overtime Period(s) & will usually be a Moneyline proposition

  22. Please note 1 X roll over is required to qualify for withdrawals.

  23. Las Vegas rules will apply to any rule or wager not covered by WagerUnit wagering rules.

  24. All Internet login activity and password information is the responsibility of the account holder and solely that of the account holder.
